Bagger-Sørensen & Co. A/S

Steen Bagger-Sørensen (1970) is the eldest son of Anne-Marie and Holger Bagger-Sørensen. On January 1st, 2013 together with his brother Claus, he took over his fathers chairman and board positions in the Bagger-Sørensen group except for Bagger-Sørensen & Co. A/S but in Janurary 2016 a complete generational shift took place. Steen is chairman of the board in Bagger-Sørensen & Co. A/S.

Claus Bagger-Sørensen (1973) is the youngest son of Anne-Marie and Holger Bagger-Sørensen. Together with his brother Steen he took over several board positions in the Bagger-Sørensen group in January 2013 and later in 2016 a complete generational shift was carried out. Claus is chairman of the board of the Bagger-Sørensen Fonden (foundation).
